I. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing the website (www.myhill-als.org), registering for our Alternative Learning System (ALS) programs, or participating as a learner, parent, guardian, alumni, or volunteer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Data Privacy & Confidentiality Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or register for our services.

II. NON-PROFIT MISSION & ELIGIBILITY
MYHILL ALS INC. is an SEC-registered non-stock, non-profit organization operating in the Philippines.

Eligibility: Our services, learning support, mock tests, and FLT materials are intended for eligible ALS learners, registered volunteers, and authorized community partners.
Accurate Registration: Users must provide accurate, current, and truthful information during registration. Providing fraudulent or misleading information may result in the revocation of learning privileges or volunteer status.

III. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROPRIETARY RESEARCH
All content on this website and distributed through our learning programs—including but not limited to research methodologies, curriculum designs, FLT/A&E mock tests, text, graphics, logos, and digital downloads—is the intellectual property of MYHILL ALS INC., born out of proprietary educational research.

Permitted Use: Registered learners and volunteers are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for personal learning or official MyHill ALS teaching assignments.
Prohibited Acts: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from any MyHill ALS content without advance written permission from an authorized officer of MyHill ALS Inc.

IV. VOLUNTEER & BOARD PARTICIPATION
Parent volunteers, alumni trustees, and community educators contribute to MyHill ALS on a voluntary basis.

No Financial Liability: Joining as a parent or alumni volunteer or serving on the Board of Trustees does not require mandatory personal capital contributions unless explicitly agreed upon by internal governance rules.
Governance Standard: Trustees and officers are bound by the fiduciary duties set forth under the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines (R.A. 11232) and corporate By-Laws.

V. USER CODE OF CONDUCT
All members of the MyHill ALS community agree to:

Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment during all online and face-to-face sessions.
Refrain from distributing spam, unauthorized advertisements, or inappropriate content on MyHill ALS communication channels or messaging groups.
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of all learners and families in accordance with our Data Privacy Policy.

Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate termination of account access, dismissal from volunteer service, or legal action where applicable.

VI. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Educational Services: MyHill ALS provides educational support and preparation tools for the DepEd ALS Accreditation & Equivalency (A&E) program. While we strive for high educational standards, enrollment or completion of mock tests does not automatically guarantee passing official Department of Education (DepEd) examinations.
Website Availability: The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free site performance.

VII. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal dispute arising from or related to the use of our website or services shall be brought exclusively before the proper courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
