ALS-FLT
The Functional Literacy Test (FLT) is a test on readiness of applicants for the different levels in the curriculum of the Alternative Learning System (ALS) in the Department of Education. It was designed to include measures of ability to supply personal information and to recognize prior knowledge of the learners in the six learning strands: LS 1 Communication Skills-English and Filipino, LS 2 Scientific Literacy and Critical Thinking Skills, LS 3 Mathematical and Problem Solving Skills, LS 4 Life and Career Skills, LS 5 Understanding the Self and Society, and LS 6 Digital Literacy.

(Learning Strands 1 to 6)
You have a total of 120 minutes (2 hours) to finish all the exam portions for LS1 to LS6 plus the Personal Information Sheet (PIS) portion. LS1 has two parts which is English and Filipino. Please manage your time properly. After finishing a part of the exam go back to this webpage so you can proceed to the next part of the exam.
The LISTENING and SPEAKING tests will be done via ZOOM with your respective ALS teacher who will provide the booking information.
May dalawang oras kayo para tapusin ang lahat ng bahagi ng eksam na ito mula LS1 hanggang LS6 kasama ang Personal Information Sheet (PIS) na bahagi. Ang LS1 ay may dalawang bahagi - Ingles at Pilipino. Mangyaring antabayan ng maigi ang inyong oras. Kapag natapos ninyo ang isang bahagi ng eksam ay bumalik kayo sa webpage na ito para makatuloy kayo sa susunod na bahagi.
Ang PAKIKINIG at PAGSASALITANG bahagi ng eksam ay magaganap sa ZOOM kasama ang iyong guro sa ALS na siya ring mabibigay sa inyo ng impormasyon tungkol sa booking process.
